PROJECT OVERVIEW
Set on a gently sloping plot in Parakadavu-Vevam, this contemporary minimalist residence with curved cantilevered slabs and expansive glass facades called for a multi-layered tropical landscape that softens its bold architectural lines.
The design needed to integrate a dramatic circular oculus skylight courtyard, tiered natural-stone terraces, sweeping driveways, and intimate garden seating corners.
DESIGN APPROACH & GALLERY
Beneath the circular ceiling oculus, we composed a lush indoor-outdoor pocket garden featuring bird of paradise, Calathea lutea, and Philodendron xanadu. Along the curved cantilevered veranda and terraced stone court, we layered cloud topiaries, variegated Terminalia trees, traveller's palms framing a shaded garden swing, and sweeping ribbon lawns.
THE RESULT
A seamless, multi-tiered green sanctuary in Parakadavu-Vevam where every window, balcony, and terrace looks out onto sculpted tropical foliage.
